About
Justin Mohrle is a Dallas native with deep roots in the music industry. He began his journey performing weekly in Deep Ellum and Uptown, while releasing music independently. Justin caught the attention of The D.O.C., a hip-hop veteran and longtime collaborator of Dr. Dre. This pivotal connection led to Justin becoming a key songwriter on Dr. Dre's album "Compton," where he also lent his voice to multiple tracks. The album skyrocketed to global success, earning a Grammy nomination and topping the Billboard 200 worldwide. In 2016, Justin signed as a recording artist with Aftermath Entertainment and won a Grammy Award in 2017 for his work on the film "The Defiant Ones." His songwriting talents extended to a plethora of major artists, including LL Cool J, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Gwen Stefani, The Game, and Foster the People. He was also instrumental in the discovery and signing of multi-platinum recording artist Anderson Paak. After over a decade in Los Angeles, working alongside industry giants and cultivating a rich network of collaborators, in 2024, fueled by his experiences, Justin returned to Dallas to establish a creative agency in his hometown.
